Betty, Jason, and Conan, too funny.
Looks to be an amazing series with Jason.
I have fixed the site and will be updating shortly, sorry I missed on all the new Jason images and news.
We have heard several rumors that Jason is in negotiations to star in the new Superman Vs. Batman film and let’s hope it is true. Would be a wonderful role for Jason!
The film is not yet named, and there is no word of who Momoa will play. However it is rumoured to be Doomsday, the powerful and merciless villain spawned when Kryptonian genetic engineering went awry. First appearing in the 1992 comic The Death of Superman comic, he is famously the only villain to ever kill Superman, which he did by beating him to death.
There is also speculation he could play Martian Manhunter, the last survivor of the planet Mars and the “Guardian angel” of Clark Kent in Smallville. Due to his honed physique, he is said to be in the running for either character.
In the film, to be directed by American action and sci-fi specialist Zack Snyder, Momoa will be joined by a star-studded cast. British actor Henry Cavill will return as Superman, Ben Affleck will play Batman, and the Israeli supermodel Gal Godot is billed as Wonder Woman.
This isn’t the first time Momoa has been rumoured to act a comic book hero. In February it was thought he would star as Drax the Destroyer in James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy, however the part went to the muscle-bound Dave Bautista.
Jason Momoa: From Game of Thrones to Conan the Barbarian
Actor says his most interesting roles have been good men who do bad thingsOne of Jason Momoa’s biggest roles was Conan in Conan The Barbarian.
Jason Momoa has become a bit of a fixture in the sword and sci-fi set; not bad for a man who first made his mark as a male model. He was on Stargate: Atlantis, where he played Ronon Drex. But his biggest roles have been as Khal Drogo in the first season of HBO’s hit series Game of Thrones and as Conan the Barbarian in the film of the same name. That one was a remake of an Arnold Schwarzenegger movie from 1982, and both were based on the stories of Robert E. Howard.
If you want to see Momoa in a film trailer check out this link to Road to Paloma. That film, directed by Momoa and starring, among others, his wife Lisa Bonet, is expected out next spring. In February he’ll be in the series Red Road, which is a western law-and-order show in which Momoa plays a Native American ex-con.
He’s also in a werewolf film called Wolves. But before he does any of that Momoa is at Popexpo in Ottawa on Dec. 7 and 8. Here is an edited email interview with Momoa.
Game of Thrones has become a worldwide TV hit. Did you think such a complex story would succeed?
Yes, a good story always succeeds and the fans of the book are intense. HBO did a great job of bringing the books to life, the production quality is amazing. It was a bummer that Khal got killed off so soon.

Appearing on the “Late Show with David Letterman” on Wednesday (Oct. 2), Washington admitted that her mom, a conservative, former professor of education, really freaks out of HBO’s “Game of Thrones” — not her daughter’s own “Scandal.” “My mom’s favorite show, other than ‘Scandal,’ of course, is ‘Game of Thrones,” Washington said. “She used to hang up on me if I called her when it was on.”
Washington told Letterman about taking her parents to the 2013 Primetime Emmy Awards, where she was nominated for Outstanding Actress in a Drama for her work as Olivia Pope, and at the HBO after party, her mom lost her cool around her favorite actor on the show, Jason Momoa, who played Khal Drogo in Season 1 of the cable hit.
“She completely fangirl-ed, clutched her heart and said, ‘Oh my god,’ andwas so over the top that I actually was like, I don’t know who you are right now,” Washington teased. “One person at the party asked if he was good on the show, and she said, ‘He doesn’t even have to talk. Just look at him.
